So I've got a '97 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with a 7" suspension lift and 3" body lift and I want to replace the steering parts because most of them are worn and the steering is getting loose. What all do I need for all of my steering? I think my ball joints are good but I'm looking at tie rods and such. Since my lift is 7 inches, what should I do about my pitman arm? Obviously I can't buy a stock arm because of the lift. I'm also going to replace the dual steering stabilizers because they are all worn and the bushings are completely screwed.

You'll need tie rod ends and the drag link end. Pitman arm should be fine, those don't wear out.

If you've got the funds, I'd recommend buying and swapping in the 98.5 HD crossover steering onto your axle.

What size tires are you running also?

Should I worry about getting new sleeves? And the reason I mine toons the pitman arm is because I've got coil spacers on top of the lift and I want to reduce the angle of the drag link to more of a stock position I just don't know where to get drop pitman arms. And I'm running 37x12.50s

I wonder how much the actual drop is on that because I obviously have a drop pitman arm already but I'd like it dropped lower.

id check the track bar bushing. And a steering box brace if you dont have one yet. They help a ton.

My track bar bushing is good but the joint isn't in great shape and yeah I was thinking about getting the steering stabilizer brace if I can get the money to.
