Hurt. You'll have plenty of inside clearance with the 12.5 inch wide tires and -12 offset wheels.

Spacing out the tires @ full lock right or left with to litle lift will increase the possibility of the inside edge of the tire to rub either the front bumper / valance or the fender near the doors , also the fender well covers.

My wheels are equal to a -12 offset with my BORAS, but I get some rub at full lock with them still. It isn't doing any damage so I just ignore it.

Oh so I guess I am sticking with -12 offset until I get rid of the 2 1/2 inch leveling kit and get a zone 4" suspension lift.

Oh but now I have to factor in another question will a 4 inch lift hurt me when I'm towing my camper?

Just get a drop hitch receiver... Or an adjustable one...
