This just happened to my 2018 with 96k. $2300 at a local shop. Had the the head checked, it was fine. Felpro gaskets and bolts. Mechanic told me it appeared that the gasket was damaged on install and it took that long to start leaking but who knows. If I had been in town I would have gotten the old gasket.

I might not be buying that excuse, but I can tell you if I was going to mention that as a possibility I'd saved the gasket and hand it to the customer. Water under bridge now, hope the RAM is one of the good ones from here on. They aren't making Rams or anything as good as it was in 2018.

Would help to also put some dye in the coolant clean up the leak and pressure test it or just drive it and use a black light. Will help pinpoint if its truly the head or somewhere higher as it was stated earlier.

Maybe your wife took it out on "girls night out" and was doing some donuts and overheated it?
That's a possibility?
