Rough Country leveling springs

New to the group. Just bought a 2010 ram 2wd. Looking to level it out and was wanting to see if anyone has used the rough country springs?

Almost everyone on here uses bilstein ride height adj struts.

I just put these on my truck. Overall Im pretty happy with it. Here is the link with some pics of my truck before and after. I have a 2017 but I think its the same springs i got though.
