Long story, but last week I had a guy change lanes right next to me and I ended up swerving onto a median to avoid getting hit. The curb was pretty high and I got some air when I hit it. I immediately pulled off the road (other driver had no clue and just drove off) and checked for damage. A few pieces of the Zone lift kit are bent and a few bolting tabs are torn. I drove the truck home and all seems fine. Alignment feels good, steering wheel is straight and there are no vibrations at speed. I did notice a slight crunching/clunking sound when when the wheel is turned all the way driving at slow speed to park. Needless to say, I need to replace a few items and I wanted to get opinions from the experts here on the forum before I start buying parts.

Just from crawling under the truck and looking, all the damage appears to be on the front end but I'm going to get it up on a lift and do a detailed inspection. Ball joints and tie rods are tight and nothing seems loose. I'm adding a bunch of pics to get opinions on the damage. The last pic is from the Zone Off Road website and I've circled the parts that I know I need to replace. I'm hoping I can get these parts separately as I really don't want to buy a whole new lift kit.

I appreciate recommendations on other parts that may need to be replaced to get the truck safe to drive again.

ouch, it seems you’ll only need the drop lca brackets, but without further inspection you won’t know until you take those apart and see if nothing else is bent, you will also need new cam tabs ,bolts/nuts for those.you may need new diff drop brackets, and possibly couple of new struts, thankfully nothing happened to you.
Wonder if you didn’t have those brackets if you would have just tore down the lower chin on the bumper only? Oh well, chit happens sometimes, most important thing is nothing happened to you or others.

Good luck with the repairs, prob a good idea to let a shop do the inspection, I would figure given then the way the brackets are bent that your alignment is out of whack, and you want everything straight as it can be.

I had the truck inspected and found out that both front struts are bent as well. I'm still waiting to hear back from Zone Offroad to see if I can buy the front cross member separately from their lift kit.

Update! Finally got the truck fixed. It took about six hours and I ended up replacing the cross member, struts, springs, alignment cam bolts and lower control arms. Just need to get it aligned and I should be in good shape.
