This may be an issue.... looks like a trip to the machine shop is instore

You're definitely not alone with that. Every time we repair exhaust bolts on the HEMI engines we always replace the manifold with a freshly machined manifold. We always have a couple in stock so we're never having to wait to get one machined to give a customer back their truck.

Shouldn't be much to get it machined. We pay about 50 bucks for the machine shop to do ours, and that's in Canadian pesos.

If you need manifolds I have a set. You have a crack? I can't imagine a manifold being warped enough to cause a leak. If it's just a leak you should just get a good set of gaskets and reinstall them.

Its warped no crack, the #6 cyl is the issue but the leaks were from 2&8. Should beable to level the surface and call it good till FLH insrall

Well I hope you take my advice and save up for the ARH's. I have JBA's and they work fine, but if I knew then what I know now, I would have never bought them, or at least sent them back and gotten the ARH's. The fitment on the JBA's (mainly the Y pipe) sucks. The ball socket design of the ARH's is worth every penny IMO.

From what I've heard , the jeep mani's. I think I've seen them for around sixty bucks , used for a set. After a quick search I found these. You can probably find them even cheaper.

If you have any issues acquiring manis hit me up. Mine are just collecting dust.

Edit: I'm not looking for $, just pay back shipping. I like to help, especially when it costs me nothing to help out a fellow wrencher.

Well, didnt have time to deal with a machine shop so i went to the dealer, they changed the manifold design, not sure what it will benefit but the added a bolt hole on the #7&8 cyl but there is no corresponding hole on the head so ????
The other thing i found weird was the bolt hole size on the manifold and gasket, only 1 matches the tiny bolt use.

All in all and now waiting for the battery to recharge to see if i still have any leaks.
But it will still have to come off again to fix the broken on in the head that i didnt notice due to the threads on the bolt... have to do that one at the shop when i have more time. Hopefully the 2 bolts on that cyl hold it from leaking till then...
