Running Rich

2019 Ram 2500 6.4 hemi hesitates after being g shut off and restarted 10-20 minutes later. Feels like it's running rich. Not a one time things happens every time after the restart. Dealers can't find anything when they run a diagnostic. Any ideas?

if your tailpipe is blackened inside then you are running rich.Mines been doing it since new with no issues or reason

Sounds like you have leaky injectors. Would have to do a fuel leak down test.
