Saw something strange last night!!

Is it the tracking system FCA put in the 2018 vehicles? I know my wifes Jeep has one and they only secure it by some double sided tape, supposed to be if its stolen. My 17 doesnt have it but an 18 loaner I had did. Not sure if it blinks though, but the area youre speaking of reminds me of it.

did you purchase your truck used? It isn't uncommon for people to come across modules or programmers of sorts from previous owners. That would be my bet, doubt its factory.
