Service Shifter

Thanks for taking the time to read...The RPM is changing, up and down without me pressing on the gas pedal. The service shifter light comes on at the same time while RPM shifts. All this Goes away in a second and truck keeps driving as usual but it's happening every minute or so. Please help... Only video I found is replacing the shifter on a 4th Gen, how do I replace it on the 5th Gen? Pictures... Videos... Please... I've already spent a few thousands at the dealerships and still having issues popping up. Only 75k miles, had it since new. How do I get to it on the 5th Gen?

It's a 2019 Limited W/ Pentastar got to have eTorque there maybe something going wrong on the eTorque side, I know there have been software updates from time to time, I would have the dealer check if there are ant updates to start.

No e torque. Just good ol V6...
