Just a quick question for you guys (to avoid opening another thread), how do you think black rims would look on my truck, as opposed to chrome rims?
20" xd strikes
Here are my powdercoated stock 20s, when I get back i will take some with my powdercoated 17s with DRs at the track

if its temporary don't even powdercoat them.....plast dip them for about $20
Ok I'm gonna be honest I haven't heard of either of those. lol. How would I go about plast dipping them and where would I go to get it done?
Or just armor all the tire then spray tire and rim then run a tooth pick around the rim bead and it practically falls off your tire
Haha alright. Would you guys recommend that i take the tires off the truck to do it or could i save some time by keeping them on?
And here is a thread that has pictures of the same exact truck I have, photo-shopped to make it look like the stock wheels were plasti dipped. Please give me your opinion if I should do it or keep the chrome stock wheels the way they are.

Its easier off the truck as there is less masking (truck, lugs, etc) but some do it on.
Its personal preference.
Me personally, I would take it off
Ok thank you. Would you keep the lugs chrome or spray those too? And could you also take a quick peek at that thread I put up and let me know what you think?
