I lost my signal so I called Sirius and they supposedly reset it. Still wouldn't work so I tried again and no luck.
The third time I tried they told me it was a vehicle (2015 Ram 1500) issue and was probably the satellite antenna.
Anybody else has/have this same issue. I don't want to take it to the dealer before exploring all options.

I've had it reset before and it didn't come back right away. It took a few cycles. I ran a few errands and it was back working.

Hopefully you don't end up having to take it to the dealer.

Maybe try a reset in the radio. We just had a brand new ‘25 JGC Summit that the antenna needed to be replaced. Tried with SiriusXM sending a refresh signal, but in the end it was the antenna.
It would be rare I think that your antenna would be bad at this point. If the reset doesn’t work, you may need dealer check out the radio. Good Luck.

Why not refresh the subscription yourself?

I used to do this with my phone while on the road with my '07 Tundra.

It had an aftermarket radio that required regular refresh hits.

You can also check the Uconnect diagnostics on the radio to determine if the antenna/radio is receiving sufficient signal.

Search YouTube to find videos covering the technique.

Did you ever get this working? Mine just cut out the other day and has not come back. It did this a year ago as well and eventually came back. I live in the north and reception really sucks up here since sirius and xm merged. Debating if i need to replace antenna or just go out and get a stand alone unit?
