For about a week or so now my SiriusXM has disappeared from my media. I've tried soft resets (battery disconnect and fuse pull) and nothing seems to bring it back. Any help or insight would be appreciated!

does channel one even come up ?
Do you still have the original radio installed ?

I let my Sirius XM expire ,because i am not doing any trips, so i am staying Locally & i can continually listen to local FM stations

You probably need to call Siriusxm on the phone and refresh the signal. You could do it yourself but being on the phone they'll walk you through it and verify it worked. I've had to do it once.

If you are removing power from the radio frequently this is expected behavior. It needs several hours/power cycles to appear again after removing power from the radio. If it has been over a day and the vehicle has been run and left to sit several times over that day that should be enough for it to reappear.
I know you've been playing around with AlfaOBD, there might be an input setting for SXM that got flipped by mistake?

No the whole sub menu is gone for XM, I pay 12$ a month for it recurring on my card so it isnt that. I can still access it if I use the mode section in alfa obd under radio -> radio navigator module. All be it temporary but can still access it none the less
