Slight Rattle Transfer Case

I know this thread has been through several iterations in the past. However, I have a 2014 RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi/6spd with roughly 16k on it. Love the truck. I am bringing the truck to the dealer this week for a slight rattle that is heard between 1900 and 2100 RPM...Ran several times in both 2WD and 4WD. The sound occurs only during 2WD operation and goes away. Without seeing the patient, who may have an idea what is causing this sound. can you make it rattle in netural??
If you climb under the truck there's a little L shaped tab on top of the exhaust system at the first clamp after your Y pipe. It was causing a rattle on mine at certain rpm's. Just take a screwdriver or something and bend it up so its not resting on the metal. It's just a tab from the manufacturing process and wont hurt anything if you bend it out of the way.

Anyway, that's my guess

Sorry for the delayed response. Had been out on business for a while. Well, the rattle is fixed. Both front axles were replaced. No more rattle or sound from up front. The truck is running great. Thanks for your suggestion as well.
