Software issues

The usb port on my 2015 2500 doesn't recognize anything plugged in. It worked at one time but after the dealer activated the navigation system it hasn't worked. It's been two months and dealer keeps blaming Chrysler. Now my voice activation system has stopped working too. Is there any recourse for getting some action? It's been months.

Just like the lock on the door handles. That don't work half of the time tell you stand there for 3 minutes looking at your door like a dip-**** ! $495.00 option that don't work. Software issues it's been 4 months for me i just want my $495.00 back.

It's like pushing the elevator button when the light is already on and there are people waiting for it.

By any chance are you touching any part of the door handle while pressing the locking button?

Mine did that, it was a faulty USB cable to the port. After they changed it...no more issues...
