Got in my 2017 Ram 1500, 8.4 Nav Radio, and the sound was almost non existent. Seems to be coming from the back-rear speaker only. Changed to AM, Ipod, all the same... Can turn the Volume up all the way, still very low sound... Anything I should be checking, before taking to the dealer??

Try a reset by removing the battery terminals, waiting a few minutes and hooking them back up. If its a minor software glitch that may be all it takes. Otherwise it's probably a dealer visit for a faulty head unit or speaker wire grounding out somewhere putting the unit into protection mode.

Hi ELMO4635,

Sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing. If you do end up addressing this with your dealer and you are in need of any additional support for that process, our team is just a private message away.
