Speedometer not working

Just want to double check this, ive read many forums and the abs sensor on the rear differential is what gives the speedometer its reading correct? Would that also explain wy the abs light and brake light turn on? Cruise control gets it reading from the sensor near the end of the transmission? Sorry if this is confusing I just want to double check my findings before i drop some money on a sensor.

Sounds like that's your problem. There is a magnet in it, and it counts the gears going by.
Easy fix. 1 nut and a wire harness, it should be fine.

sensor should only be like $12 online for the rear diff. could also be the one on trans, or the front abs sensors. change the cheapest first.
