Hey guys, I've looked through this forum for an answer but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I have a 2012 1500 with a 4" Rough Country lift and the truck squats bad with a load. I was told I couldn't run air bags with this lift, and I can't get heavy duty springs. Has anyone figured out a solution to this issue?
Thanks

It's sitting higher in the back. Thanks for the input though

You could always try airlift 1000s but I dont know if they would work on a lifted truck or not

I've heard of people using spacers underneath the airlift before

Don't know why you couldn't use air bags because it's your stock rear spring with a spacer on top

You could use the airlift 5000 bags with a spacer on them.

Pretty sure air bags can be used. We sell and install in our shop. I'd figure something out. I run bags on my truck. No lift but whatever, I'd keep the bags if I lifted it. Already been scoping that scenario out.

I went to my local shop that does it and they told me it couldn't be done with the lift that's in it, something to do with where the air line comes off the bag. Guess I'll have to go to a different shop and get another opinion. Thanks guys

Yep the shop is wrong. The airbag replaces the bump stop. You actually cut the bump stop bracket off and install the bracket for the airbag on ether side.
