im curious about something.... Say you add turbos or whatever that requires a stand alone fuel system controller like the FAST system. How does the fuel ECU communicate with the stock computer? i mean you still need the stock ECU for dash indicators (dials etc), abs even low tire pressure sensors etc....so is there a standard way to piggyback the fuel controller onto the stock ECU? Or is this something a professional would have to splice into stock wire harness.
thanks smart people!!

Typical fuel system upgrades for a turbo/supercharged truck are drooping in a better higher flowing fuel pump in the tank basket, running correctly sized AN stainless fuel line up to the engine, and typically a return system off the fuel rail with a fuel pressure regulator. Tuning is taken care of with custom tuning with a handheld programmer.

I run a SC and a 05 pcm. Like chris stated you need a upgraded fuel system and a custom tune.
