Started taking off inserts on my ballistic jesters.

Had them three years. They're coming off somewhat easy with a 1 1/2" putty knife, but leaving alot of residue. What's the best to get that **** off? Read that wd-40 works pretty good.

Brake cleaner works great. Than clean up with soap and water

I use goo-gone for all sticky type ****.

The **** is thick though. Wife is on her way home with goo gone.

Key to goo gone is put it on heavy and let soak in for 15 minutes..then hit it again heavy. Wait 5 them scrape

What a pain in the ****. Got all the big chunks off. Finished off the bottle on them, gonna let them sit a bit and go at it again.

They're done. It sucked. Got dark on me as I finished, so I'll wash it and have a looksie tomorrow.
