On slow turns, the steering wheel pulsates. It's kinda like a shimmy, but slower. It goes away at around 20 MPH. Truck tracks fine.
I thought it might be a bad tire, so I rotated front to back, no change. I had tire balanced, and that didn't help. Power steering fluid is full.

Buddy and I jacked the truck up, and there's no play in the tire and ball joints and tie rods are fine.

He seems to think it could be the steering stabilizer.

What's everyone think?

No. In 2wd. I kinda feels like the wheels chocking when turning on pavement while in 4wd, but not even close to that sever.

Mines a 17 with 35k. I would hope the u joints would last longer than that. I'll check them though.

I would hope so too. But your description was his exact issues and it turned out to be the u-joints. My buddy had new u joints installed under a year ago so it was the last thing we looked at too
