The “Classic” identifies the previous 4th generation which is still being produced and sold alongside the new 5th Gen 2019-2021 Ram.

To your question, yes, late year 4 th Gen steering wheels are the same. Keep in mind there are always minor changes and upgrades through the years. The closer the years, the better chance they will interchange.

Yes, all the 13 to 18 plus the Classic are the same. As stated your truck is actually a 4th gen if it's a Classic.
