1500 I'm not a100% sure. 2500 no problem. Probably could just might have some rubbing on the plastic inner fender. Hopefully someone with a 1500 will chime in

Honestly I don't think you'd have a problem. You're not jumping up 2 or 3 tire sizes.

I have them on my truck, stock 20's, big horn.....

Nokian 275/65-20E....34" tall, BARELY rub at 3/4 on the headlight access panel because I lost the push tab.....no issues at all....way easier to find in this size around here as they are a standard size.

a 33" tire will fit with no issues. Going to a 34" might rub on turning, plus could lead to long-term issues with tranny heating up, unless you manually keep it in 7th gear. Also, rear end gear comes into play. Safer with 3.92, iffy with 3.55.

it won't hurt the transmission at all. the tie is 1" taller, the difference is a 1/2" extra side wall. all tires are different , some mud terrains in a 275/60r20 measure 33.75". a new vs worn out tire can differ over 1". your transmission is designed for a small tollerance.
