strut assembly with 2'' lift

Do they make a complete front strut assembly with a 2'' lift for a 2005 ram 1500?

I guess not. Anybody level a ram 1500 with 2 inch pucks and put a larger 2500 shocks in? My inquiry is in regard to the back shocks. If I get back shocks as well will it all level out considering the front has the 2 inch on it.
