I wondering if using tow/haul while under the influence of a programer is good, bad or wont make a difference. haven't tried it but I'm just curious. Will the tuner interfere with the tow/haul shift patterns?

You are fine running with it on or off. Many guys prefer to race with the tow/haul option tuned on. I never saw a difference in my ET's this way, but it will not hurt the truck.
