Swapping out a 2013 hemi motor and transmission and replacing it with a 2016

Does anybody know if I'm going to run into any trouble changing a 2013 hemi motor and transmission with a 6-speed and replacing it with a 2016 hemi motor trans wiring harnessing computer with an 8-speed tranny

You'll probably need to pull the wiring off the old motor and swap to the '16. I believe all the internal cam and crank sensors are the same. The Hemi w/6spd trans was sold up through at least the '18 model year but I think that was just in Canada.
