Our only tow with our trailer was in as windy a condition as I would dare tow; it was a good worst-case scenario. The tail wagged the dog a few times despite the Reese trunion bar WD hitch Reese Round Bar Weight Distribution Hitch (1200 lb) with Adjustable Hitch Bar 61009
so I knew I'd add some sway control before towing again.
I think these will do the trick haha I nearly fell over when I opened the box and saw how big they are in person.
Giddyup for camping 2013!:naughty:

Good god! They'll help, but I think your issue lies more in the fact that the rear springs on the 1500s are SUPER soft.
Connecting the trailer to the truck more might not be the cure you need.

I added an aftermarket rear sway bar that helped considerably stiffen the rear up.
That or replacing the rear coils with bags.

Keep us posted!

Thanks, White.
I'm trying to balance having the great everyday ride quality it gives stock, with towing a half dozen times a year. I haven't tried the Air Lift bags yet, but am confident that will help. I'll also upgrade the tires with some rated for more weight when they wear out. I agree the RSB would help but my experience tells me it would also degrade the ride.
