Don't let them cut you man, it is way easier and less effect for women. They only have to absorb one egg, but guys have to absorb a lot, messes with you trust me. Congrats on 3.

This is very true.

Going to run this in a 5w30 in my wifes 2019 ranger with the 2.3 ecoboost. Iv never been a Valvoline guy but because this oil makes a point to focus on reducing carbon buildup in turbocharged direct injection engines I’m going to jump ship from the mobil 1 “EP and AP” wagon. This stuff “SOUNDS/LOOKS” good for this purpose.

VOA is as expected but all the oils for the Direct injected turbocharged engines look similar.

This ranger produces a LOT of crap/slimy/watery sludge in the catch can. More than anything ive seen. the catch can is a MUST for the Ecoboost.

VOA..

Tapatalk wont let me post pictures. Sorry mods.

Notice. A notable moly number AND titanium. Titanium numbers are always extremely low but supposed to be effective.

There is some paper out there, here's an excerpt. Partially conclusive that this "type" of metal is a lspi quencher, so good news...

I'm pretty sure we have an idea what to avoid with di's, metals like CA that melt and ash low temps, and vii's and general junk that some formulas obviously have.

Jan 19, 2017 · In certain embodiments the inclusion of titanium to the lubricating oil composition unexpectedly reduces the number of LSPI events and hence the LSPI Ratio.

That is a brand specific thing, some brands don't put the effort into adding moly, some are committed to average moly, and some go above that, some oils go bat**** crazy on moly.

Maybe 20% of oils have no to super low moly.

Availability? Experimentation? Is moly rare/or disappearing?
RP another no moly voa, lol. wtf?

2017 there... I don't remember if we updated that. So here's how Royal Purple oil has gone, once great moly to zero moly for a decade, and then average moly for a while, and now low moly. What the serious hell?
Moly is only one type of wear preventives added to oil. There are others see link in my dog line.

We know there are others. We have just done the research on the AWSOME Effects that moly provides . So we like seeing it as well as others.

I notice that too, I wondering if i should move from PP to PUP for my 2015 Ram 5.7L Hemi.

With PP my truck has the hemi tick: PUP quiets it down

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but man, do they ever come up with some great ideas.

If that truck ends up ticking on PUP, try adding lubegard biotech right away. Last checked it was only 6 bucks amazonians.
