Do you guys wire it in to the 7pin /4 pin harness
Awesome thx.
So will this allow me to still use the plug? Also will it hide all the wires for the light bar? Amazon says it won't fit my 18 is that right?

This is exactly the set up I was looking into. Thanks for the infoIt plugs in behind bumper...the harness from the chassis plugs int the “T” of the Curt harness, then the other side of the Curt harness plugs into the oem bumper plate. The 4pin tail is now free to plug into your light bar. All of it is hidden behind the bumper. Just ziptie up the rest of the slack. You may have to tap either the center white wire of the Curt or run up and connect to one of the reverse bulbs in tailight. This depends on your light bar I suppose. I have the Opt7 triple led redline, so I tapped into the center white wire of the Curt to power and send the reverse light signal to the led bar.
No. I cut the plastic piece on the top so I could line up the bar about flush with the cutout in the metal.Did anyone have issues with the spare tire hole access after installing the opt7 triple beam?

And yes, the oem wiring for a trailer will still work. The Curt is just a way to cleanly tap that harness securely and without a bunch of splices/soldering/ scotchloks etc. very easy install and looks like it came from the factory.

splice into any wires on your truck it plugs into the 7 pin plug behind the bumper inline and has 2 tail wires for the power clean look and works well good luck P>S the light bar does not over power the back up camera it makes the surrounding area light up moreWhat do you sell them or something? Were all happy for you. Your brand is good and you love it. You bought it online and it the best on the market per your experience with the different manufacturers of tailgate Led bars.
The way you compose your posts leaves one to consider if you are in fact a user or a seller. Especially since this is the second similar post on this thread. Glad you cleared that up for us!
Enjoy your Ram!
