Here is a little teaser until the lights are finished and installed on my truck:

Yes, these are the original “G1” AlphaRex lights. Gloss black with chrome shrouds, amber bottom DRL with White upper DRL.
Difficulty Level: 10/10
Custom: everything!
Upper + Lower DRL Lenses + Corner Markers are all smoked with a light “Hex” pattern. Doesn’t effect light output really at all. You can see the pattern when you are up close, it’s really unique and I’ve yet to see this on the inside of any retrofit.
Every single item needed custom fabricated mounts, lots and lots of trial and error to make these perfect. I must have made 4-5 different sets of custom mounts to finally fabricate a pair that worked.
Yes that’s quad D2S projectors, all 4 will be on for low beams, with all 4 shields dropping for high beams. RGB LED’s everywhere including demon eyes in all 4 projectors.
Definitely will be a one of a kind set like no other, and I doubt anyone will attempt such a build in the future, which was my goal. I wanted a set of lights NOBODY else will have, which is almost impossible to do now a days with the OEM options, as everything has been done to death with them.
Should be fully assembled and sealed by this weekend and then I’ll upload install pics and videos. Plus hundreds of pictures of the build and all the trial and errors.
Just to clarify, the upper and lower DRL lenses were the original “white” lenses and the corner reflectors were originally amber. Nothing is left of the original AlphaRex lights except the main pieces (front lens, inner/back housing and front bezel).
