Terrible customer care

Officially pissed with dodge/ram/chrysler/Stalantis all of them. Took my truck to get the back glass leak fixed and was told they were still taking it off then resealing it. Made the appointment went to drop it off picked it up the next day and they just “sealed” it. Well it didn’t work and two hurricanes later they tried again still nothing now they are expecting me to fork out money through insurance and Chrysler care has been no help I was on hole for 40 minutes and recorded it I was on an open line for 30 minutes when she realized I was on the line she hung up. I’ve always been a ford guy but I’ve been loving this truck but wtf is this customer care?? @RamCares

The TSB for this was updated a while back. Initially it was to replace the rear window, but then it changed to just add an epoxy sealer to the original window to seal up the cracks. I can understand why they tried doing that, but if it's still leaking after two attempts then replacement should be warranted. I agree that customer service with Stellantis is terrible. My local dealership can only do so much, and have been very good to us. Hopefully @RamCares can assist in some way.
