Interesting. My Lockpick recently crapped out again so I have 4 cameras doing nothing right now. Does this system use any camera or does it come with specific cameras?

They all seem to come with specific cameras. I guess the stock front and rear cam can be used, side cams need to be specific 180° fisheye cams.

Search on AliExpress for "car surround view", plenty of systems.

This one explains a lot about these systems, apparently they're configurable to your type of car.

If you stick with factory, the PAC piece is much better than the LockPick.

Also the 360 cameras SUCK to set-up. The only one I did, took two full days of adjusting to get it right.

You know, I wonder if this would work with this Tesla radio too? It's controlled with the steering wheel and gauge cluster, right?

If you wanted to run the factory speakers off of an aftermarket amp? Yes you would.

i've been back and forth between this and the 8.4 as I have the uconnect 5.0

are you able to control the truck settings like you can in the 8.4?
How do you like controlling your climate with only the tablet?

There is no manual......

Just watch the YouTube video to install. It's a simple install.

Not much point having a user's manual as it is basically an android tablet and users will customise it with their preferred launcher and apps.

You will need to spend some time setting it up and adding apps to suit as the supplied interface is a bit bland....

I suggest you get hold of an android tablet and install a car launcher and music app etc and work out if you like it.

Remember it will run any android app, eBay, weather, nav etc.

this is BS, when you ordered it they will say is not available

what mic did you use to replace the mic on this radio, and what 3.5mm jack did you use? Most require 3 wires, this radio have only 2 did you just not use the shield wire?
