What makes the 2016 so different from the rest of the 4th generations? Does anyone own one and what do you think of it? Thanks.

I had one, 2016 Lamanie Sport, 98,000 care free miles. Oil changes and 1 transmission fluid change. Never a problem other than routine maintenance. Sold it to wife's sister, she running the wheels off it, hauling antiques

I'm not the example of problems.

I believe the '15 is the poster child with all the electronic quirks. '15 and '16 do share a lot. And differ from the '14 and earlier and the '17 (and up), to some extent.

My '16 Sport (104k miles) is general maintenance and drive it. No problems, to speak of. YET.

Ran 120k on my '16, and only real problem was a tranny under warranty.

There's nothing different about 2016. No matter what the topic is you can find infinite support for it and infinite support against it on the internet. It's a fire hose of noise and Automated Idiot robots will confidently tell you lies all day long, they're making the signal to noise ratio exponentially worse.

my 2016 5.7 has been great. have had no electrical issues unless you count the fuel level sensor going out. truck still ran great, just had to watch my miles between fillups.
