I don’t have auto wipers in my truck but would like to. I can enable through Alfaobd. Thought I might need another sensor but after looking I might already have it. This is a rain sensor right?

That's the humidity sensor for the automatic temperature control.

Can someone post a picture of where the rain sensor is mounted?

Great pic from the link above. I am guessing the rain sensor hides in the lower mirror cover and snaps onto the factory windshield mount?

Hoping to add this to my Ram soon. :)

You are correct for the location of it behind the mirror cover. FYI, you will need a new windshield if you plan on adding this to your ram. The proper windshield has a clear area in the black painted area there for it to work properly

Yup I figured that out. Already have pitting on my windshield just waiting on a big rock to give me an excuse to change it.

The part number for the correct windshield with mounting locations for the rain and humidity sensors is Mopar# 68100277AD
