Throttle issues

In park my throttle isn't snappy,when I push gas pedal it responses instantly with good power,but when I lift it lags. Why does it take a second for rpm's to drop?

Because you gave it a lot of fuel and air and made it spin up. Good bearings, good oil, and low weight (it's a V6) means it'll take a moment to rev back down. That's...kinda normal.
