Thuren multi-rate 3" leveling coils, 2014 2500??

Has anyone received or installed the Thuren variable rate 3" leveling coils for the 2014 2500/3500 trucks? I have been watching the boards to see but havent noticed anything. Also anyone know what size tire you'll be able to run with them on since the 2014 are so high to start with? 35's, 37's ??

I'm not so sure they've even shipped yet but I haven't been following that closely

These would be perfect in all four corners but they don't state if its $349 each , for a pair, or for a set of 4. Also would you need to run extended length shocks? I know with most kits you do because the stock shocks will run out of travel and "clunk". I like the idea of lifting the truck and having a smoother ride.
