360 with 230000 miles ticking and oil gage fluctuating after about 20 minutes. Ticking is loud and sounds like it out of oil. Let it sit for 20-30 min and it’s good again. Tried a couple rounds of 5 min motor flush and fresh oil and filters…didn’t help.
