Ok update had to drive for a few hours but ticking is gone, so suspect manifold driver side. What the out come if I don't replace other than a ticking noise.

Good shot it will keep just getting louder and louder, over the course of a month mine got to where you could hear it from a block away no matter how warm I got the engine. People (me) will judge you for the noise but mechanically it won't hurt anything.

Can also lead to poor fuel economy - poor engine performance - exhaust gasses entering the interior cabin

Divers Side
Passenger side
Diving

I think noise is more on drivers side
Likely a broken exhaust manifold bolt(s). Fairly common on the 5.7L Hemis. Had the issue on my 2012 4X4 Sport, once on left side and once on right side. Fairly straight forward repair once it's up on a lift and if the broken bolt is protruding from the block.

You're correct if its a manifold but that ticking is definitely not coming from the exhaust manifolds. Thats definitely a metal on metal tick.
