I have a 2 inch lift front and rear on my 2015 ram 1500 4x4. I want to run 35 inch tire and rim combo can I run with no issues?

You should be fine running 35s with that set-up...I had 34s on my 2016 1500 with no lift or level and I have 35s on my 2023 1500 Limited with a 2.5 lift.

Depends if its a pavement princess vs work/offroader as well as how you want it to look. customoffsets.com is a great reference.

Considering your lift I would think you would be safe with 35s, and if you do have a little rubbing I'm sure its nothing 10min with a mallet couldn't fix. I currently have 35s with -25 offset but I have a 2500 3rd gen so that may not help you much.

I run LT295/65R20's (equivalent to 35's) for my summer set up on 5100's all around and the fronts set to 2.1" raised.

Zero issues whatsoever on rub and/or clearance.

Also just keep in mind MPG will drop drastically with bigger tires I see so many people put big tires on these trucks and then complain about mpg lol same on jeeps ect.

Yep. I put 35’s on my old dually and lost a good 3mpg.
