The front Kicker 3 1/3" 43CC354 speakers are 3.2 ohm, is the 4 ohm 10w resistor in your write-up still going to be the correct solution if I go with these in the front and the 4 ohm Pioneers in the door and rears?
It should be fine. The resistor in my write up is 3.9 ohms. If you get that one and put it inline with those 3.2 ohm speakers you will have 7.1 ohms resistance. Not quite 8 but certainly better than 3.2. The idea is to limit the amount of current flowing to the 3.5" dash speakers so it doesn't overwhelm the front channel of your stereo. Even though it's not exactly 8 ohms, at 7.1 ohms it will still reduce the loudness of those speakers.
