Yesterday, when I left the house, my touch screen was not functioning. The screen was showing the Navigation application, and the image on the screen was updating as the truck traveled, but I couldn't switch to another screen.

I turned the radio off and on a few times with no success. At a red light, I stopped and restarted the truck... no success. Finally, when I reached my destination, I turned the truck off, opened the door so the radio would turn off, then restarted the truck and all was fine.

Has this happened to anyone else? Its about time to get it to the dealership for a few other minor issues, and I wondered if this was a "known" issue with the system.

I have had the same issue with our 2014 Ram Longhorn screen/gps... we took it in for repairs as it was constantly going on & coming on over & over driving us crazy! We have had it back a few months & now it will be off & not start up when we start the truck. Only a blank screen. Which leaves us with little controls over heat now that its cold & no other buttons or radio or rear camera work. So frustrating!!
