Tow Mirror Replacement

I have a 2018 Rebel with the tow brake and mirror package. Can you replace these mirrors with a standard mirror and still keep the functionality such as the heat, puddle lamp, and turn signal. The existing ones are manual fold which is fine.

I have a 2019 Laramie Sport that has those god awful manual folding tow mirrors. I would like to have the power folding mirrors like my 16 had. I don't want to lose the lane warning/heat/power adjustability. Anyone have any hot ideas?
