TPMS location specific?

Hey guys I just got a 2017 Cumins 2500 and want to rotate the tires and was wondering if the TPMS are location specific? I wish I didn't have any because I know how to use a tire pressure gauge but that is besides the point.

I think they readjust after a few miles.. Every time mines been rotated it takes a few drives for them to correct themselves.

Yep. Just give it a little time after the rotation and they will reset themselves.

They are not location specific.

Usually, just when I'm about to give up and think something is wrong, they figure out their new position. It usually takes 5 minutes and/or a few miles.
