Welcome, the canned tunes are on the very safe side of things. Just make sure when you upload the tunes you fallow the directions.

Is that under normal driving or when running it hard?

Only when put in extreme, and running strong, when I walk normally it is 92 º C, can it harm my engine for the temperature to reach 100 ° C even for a short time? Thanks.

You're fine, but I would invest in an EGT gauge if you want to continue running hard on the higher tunes.

Towing up a grade I've sustained 100+ degree's Celsius (210-215 degree Fahrenheit) for several minutes, which is normal. I have my truck set to defuel at 220 degree's (or about 105c).
The engine temp will climb quickly when running hard because your EGT's are going from 700-800 degree F to 1200-1400 degrees ( or roughly 400c - 700c) and that heat has to go somewhere.
