Truck bounces up/down side/side

Whenever i'm driving on the freeway, 65mph-80mph, if there's a small dip the truck bounces up/down and side to side. Then the traction control kicks in (traction control light lights on on dashboard for a second) and suddenly forces truck to brake enough to throw me forward. It has been happening about at least 4 times a day. I told the shop about it and they don't see anything wrong. I have had this Truck for 180,000 miles and it just started maybe 2months ago. Shocks were replaced not sure what else was done at this point but the bouncing and swaying seem to get worse. I just tried to shut off traction switch and the stops the light from coming on but everything else is the same. Is this unusual? What can i do? Thanks

Need to have the track bar checked and control arms checked. Also what tires do you have and what psi are you running

48 psi Firestone-Transforce AT2 LT265/70r17 nothing special. Just getting tired of my 1hr and 10min commute on Parkway, sway or bounce . its not uncontrollable but not normal. Thanks for replying

Something is definitely wrong in the suspension. if you are not comfortable checking it get it in with someone you trust and I think you will find there is something moving that should not be. Sounds like everything is fine until you take some weight off the suspension then things get squirrly. I guess it could be a lot of things but ball joints may be the first place to look at 180k if you haven't replaced them already.
