Turn signal issue

So my dash computer is telling me that my passenger rear turn signal is out, but it’s blinking fine. And, the green arrow on the dash is flashing rapidly, usually and indication that a bulb is out. This ever happen to anyone before?

Check the front bulb and the 3rd brake light.
