I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn and the voice command for the phone and entertainment system is not working properly. Is anyone, with the same system, aware of any updates that would affect the performance? The voice command will only recognize preset channel commands. The dealership is telling me this is a result of an update. If so, why would Ram update a system to work worse than before? When I command it to tune to POTUS, it says the phone book is not available. If I tell it to tune to 60s on 6, it will tune to 1600 AM. Anyone else experiencing the same issues?
