Uconnect 8.5 Touch Screen Melting from the inside

I'm having the exact same issue with my 2018 and I also live in the Houston area. I have noticed quite a few people on here having issues with these radios. I tried reaching out to @ Ramcares, but it would seem that Ramdoesntcare as I have had no response from them.

Are they replacing the screens that are delaminating even if the warranty is expired? It's happening to so many people it should be a recall. My 2018 harvest edition is delaminated. It's winter here now so it won't get any worse until spring but it's pretty terrible.

My wife's 2020 Grand Cherokee is doing the same thing. I wasn't sure if it was always like that or not because you can only see it at certain angles. Looks like I'm going to the dealer.
