Uconnect GPS issues:

We went out of town a couple of weeks ago. Upon our return our GPS/ Nav is stuck in middle Tennessee and the clock is in CST. I have tried a soft reboot and factory reset, but no help. Any suggestions as what I can try next? Thanks !

Is this a factory installed RA3 or Ra4 8.4 radio?
(Ie 2014 RA4).

What SW version is the radio on? (18.45.x is latest)
... And reported radio Part # from settings menu?

Radio replaced by dealer 2 years ago as it was DOA. Looks to be the same as the old one.

It's less likely but possible, a failing roof antenna could be part of the issue.

If you don't use/need Chrysler 's uConnect phone services app to lock/unlock the truck etc via the radio (OBD port dongle now), you can find a used 3c Harmon 8.4 RA4 radio on eBay for, $150-$300 (last 2 letters, AA, AK, AM, etc don't matter, search 68224525 ) ... a 2017 RA4 (68270661 would also be a direct swap w/o any programming changes or extras.

Or if you have a dual zone ATC (Auto Temp Climate) HVAC truck and aren't running a custom engine tune, it's not a far jump to get a compatible 2018/19-21 4th Gen Ram Panasonic UAq or UAs 4c in there with Android Auto/Carplay support see here and here (no dealer support though). Also need a different USB hub in the console at a minimum.
