Uconnect radio-no buttons ir screen on radio work

I connect radio dial for audio doesn’t work. Not the push on/off. The screen would open for CD but slowly and half way. Now the screen doesn’t open at all nor do any of the push buttons in the radio. The steering wheel buttons do work however. Stuck with the screen now being in the map.

Please let us know via private message if you decide to have your dealer look into this. We would like to have this documented and have a case escalated on your behalf so a Case Specialist can work with your dealer to help find a potential solution.

well figured out how to get it off the map with the steering wheel buttons. the touch screen works, but its funny how the on/off/volume dial doesn't work, nor do any of the radio related buttons work..but the phone/navigation/system buttons all do..Of course the dealer said we'd have to bring it in..yeah at a tune of 100.00 hr...just didn't know if anyone knew of a radio reset or if there was a fuse that may have blown for the radio..and calling Uconnect was a joke
