Unable to access Headlight adjustment

Hi all. Was wondering if anyone had some info on these headlights https://www.americantrucks.com/ram1500-black-led-halo-projector-headlights-2lhp-ram09g-tm.html I just finished installing these and noticed there is no way to access the headlight adjustment screws, after they are in the truck. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem with these or any other aftermarket lights. Truck is a 2013 1500 Tradesman 5.7 hemi crew cab. Just looking for some advice or direction. Am actually at a complete loss that you can access this. TIA

The 2013 Rams, may or may not have 2 holes for adjusting the headlights in the fenders

They cant be accessed from the factory adjustment holes. See attached photo for location

I don't have those exact lights but I have a similar issue with another pair that I got from American Truck. You either need a special tool to go through the factory access holes or you have to adjust with trial and error by pulling the headlights out making adjustments putting them back in, checking beam aim, pulling back out make more adjustments rinse and repeat until they're "close enough."
